Refund and Returns Policy

We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used health/consumable products
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Items bought during special sale events (unless defective)

2. Return Process

To request a return, email us
Include:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos
  • Reason for return

Our team will review and arrange pickup if approved.


3. Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated after:

  • Product inspection
  • Quality approval of the returned item

Refund timelines:

  • Online payment: 5–7 business days
  • UPI/Wallet: 3–5 business days
  • COD orders: Refund via UPI or store credit only

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Replacement Policy

If stock is available, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund.
If unavailable, a full eligible refund will be issued.
