1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used health/consumable products
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Items bought during special sale events (unless defective)
2. Return Process
To request a return, email us
Include:
- Order ID
- Product photos
- Reason for return
Our team will review and arrange pickup if approved.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated after:
- Product inspection
- Quality approval of the returned item
Refund timelines:
- Online payment: 5–7 business days
- UPI/Wallet: 3–5 business days
- COD orders: Refund via UPI or store credit only
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Replacement Policy
If stock is available, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund.
If unavailable, a full eligible refund will be issued.
